Business Development Manager - Cryogenic TransportLocation: United Arab EmiratesType: PermanentAbout Our ClientOur client is a Multinational Company with a strong footprint globally, particularly in the Middle East. They are growing a new vertical for their business in the Middle East focusing on the rental of technical equipment for specialty gas transportation.Job DescriptionDevelop and manage Cryogenic tank containers equipment for leasing, including aftersales solutions, marketing, training, and technical & commercial sales support.Lead product development efforts to ensure a competitive and efficient product range.Manage product development of all aftersales solutions related to Cryogenic tank equipment and collaborate effectively with the team.Gather feedback on product performance and customer perception to innovate and enhance product features.Accountable for orders received in terms of quantity, value, territory, and consolidated profit generation per product line.Set up and execute the sales and marketing strategy, including developing tools and materials related to the product range.Assist global sales and service centers with necessary technical and commercial inputs to grow market share.Develop training materials and programs to enhance the knowledge and competence of sales personnel, prioritizing safety.Monitor business through periodic follow-ups and participate in business growth reviews, coordinating with related teams to ensure competitive lifecycle costs and reliability.Recommend, negotiate, and follow up on Global Key Account Agreements with strategic customers.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5 years of cryogenic tank container product knowledge.Knowledge of Cryogenic Industrial Gases and pumps is a plus.Experience with lease pricing strategy and analysis.Able to motivate direct sales with marketing tools and promotional schemes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and self-driven.Committed team player with a drive for success.Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.Willingness to work under critical schedules with a focus on achieving targeted results.Willingness to travel as required.What's on OfferExcellent opportunity to join a global player in a newly created vertical, providing a pathway for organic growth within the organization.Competitive salary package for the selected candidate.
