KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSupport HCM based business and technology innovation that drives the organization's management of people, employee experience and adoption of modern HCM platformsEngage key business stakeholders to facilitate both strategy and innovation planningWork with stakeholders involved in business technology strategy and innovationCapture best practices and contribute to DP World knowledge management initiativesCreate deliverables that illustrate how to strategically move the business forwardLead Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applicationsSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate resources from other service lines/industriesLead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsLead and manage global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of application implementations.Applicable if role has direct or indirect reports - responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policiesPerform other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in commerceMaster's degree is a plus in Commerce10+ years of experience in Human Management Capital across verticalsChange Management experience is a plusRequires expert, demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, theories, and conceptsWorking knowledge of technology-related initiatives and an understanding of the impact on the organization of such initiativesDemonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingenciesEffective problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to put forth persuasive argumentsEffective skill at tracking effort and project progressDemonstrated highly advanced organization and project management skillsDemonstrated strong conceptual and planning skills to analyse projects of broad and diverse scopeAdvanced knowledge of all aspects of computing and communications including hardware infrastructure, networking, software, operations, and disaster recoveryDemonstrated ability to integrate critical information across disciplinesUnderstands how projects relate to other business strategies and initiativesProject planning, executing, controlling, and closing of successful talent management projects on time and on budgetDevelop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations.Strong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCMWide experience in playing roles as Project ManagerExperience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, UAE legislative experience is preferredExperience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence modelProficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for HCM technology deploymentsExcellent knowledge of features in HCM applications; having the ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of HCM deploymentsExperience leading the system implementation of various Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting or software company
