Service Engineer (Central Region)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction. Interact with customers' technical teams to illustrate MT solutions. Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc. Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.
