HR experienced candidates in similar position. Skills required for an Assistant Manager for Human Resources: Recruitment and Staffing: Proficiency in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. HR Policies and Legal Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance. The role mainly involves sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, and providing an induction program to candidates, ensuring all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, utilizing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting and supplying the right manpower to the organization.
  2. Administrating the company’s manpower planning effectively.
  3. Administrating the company’s disciplinary actions.
  4. Controlling, maintaining, and updating the manpower plan and preparing related monthly and weekly reports.
  5. Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.

Other Duties:

  1. Handling disciplinary actions for employees who disobey company policies, rules, and regulations.
  2. Maintaining records of memos, warnings, and suspension orders issued to employees.
  3. Maintaining correspondence to ministries in a separate file.
  4. Handling procedures for applying for new licenses, renewing licenses, renewing passports, and renewing CPR.
  5. Correspondence with LMRA.
  6. Proper filing and updating the HRMS system related module(s).
  7. Assisting the HRD with managing human resource operations, planning and organizing workloads, and recommending staff assignments as needed.
  8. Monitoring priorities and schedules to ensure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner according to appropriate guidelines, procedures, and legal regulations.
