HR Manager - HR Recruitment

Key Responsibilities: - Identify and establish new overseas partnerships. - Liaise with overseas partners, potential candidates, and local employers in Singapore. - Communicate effectively with candidates and review their application materials. - Manage candidate profiles for existing projects. - Oversee the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. - Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential candidates. - Handle administrative tasks related to candidate management.
