We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven ability to coordinate complex exhibitions and full-scale multi-level international events. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and extensive experience in organizing intricate international events involving equipment deliveries, booth setups, and personnel management.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning and execution of complex exhibitions and multi-level international events.Work closely with the marketing and product teams and C-Level to ensure alignment with company objectives.Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing procurement processes and negotiations.Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and build strong working relationships.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, working closely with relevant authorities as necessary.Facilitate the relocation process for events scheduled in different locations worldwide.Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.RequirementsProven experience in organizing complex international exhibitions and events.Preferably, 3+ years of experience in the Events and Exhibitions Manager position.Fluent in both Russian and English.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to relocate to the UAE.ConditionsRelocation to the UAEMedical insuranceCompetitive remuneration package
