We are looking to recruit a skilled professional for the "Team Lead-Contact Center" position.Job Responsibilities:Measuring resource performance and ensuring optimum productivity level of each team member.Creating effective coordination with team members to keep them engaged & intact with team deliverables.Interacting closely with team members to ensure maximum target completion and effective resource utilization.Liaison with Sales Team for disputed sales and claims.Maintaining qualitative & quantitative targets by adhering to defined protocols.Handling on-call escalations for better customer experience.Ensuring the daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets accomplishment as assigned by manager.Job Requirements:
