Channel Partner Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

This is a hybrid role in Co. Kildare (North). In-office presence is flexible and negotiable.‍

In this role you will be mainly required to perform the following duties:

·      Recruit and manage our re-sellers in Ireland and UK and manage affiliates globally.

·      Work collaboratively to establish a strong network of partners, fostering communication, providing support and addressing any issues or concerns.

·      Participate in planning a competitive re-seller offer.

·      Build the marketing and sales collaterals package.

·      Reach out to potential partners and schedule meetings.

·      Recruit and on-board new partners.

·      Periodic follow-up with partners and help then generate more sales.

·      Developing and implementing sales strategies for various partner/distribution channels.

·      Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create plans to maximise product or service sales through the channels.

Job Requirements

·      3-5+ years of experience in technology channel management

·      Proficiency in customer relationship management(CRM) software

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.

·      Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

·      Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

·      Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

·      Time management and organizational skills

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Pay: €60K-70K per year plus generous annual bonus and yearly salary review
