Information Technology Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and versatile IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and oversee infrastructure/software projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, following the Agile methodology and Scrum framework. You will also work closely with the product owner, the development team, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business objectives and user needs. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents, including product backlog, sprint backlog, and sprint reviews. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the participation and engagement of the team members. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and allocate them accordingly. Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and report on the status and performance to the management and stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Coordinate and collaborate with other project managers and Scrum masters to ensure the consistency and quality of the project delivery across the organization. Evaluate and assess the results and outcomes of the projects and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are highly desirable. Proven experience as an IT project manager and Scrum master in complex software development projects, preferably in cloud-based and Office 365 solutions. Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. Proficiency in project management software tools, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc., and Agile software development tools, such as Jenkins, Selenium, etc. Experience with performance, load, security, and compatibility testing tools and techniques, and scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, etc. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices in regulated environments is a plus.
