Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Manage Vendor Contact and maintain business relationship.
• Managing cost, quality, and service at the expected level.
• Main Purchase Portfolios – ERSA, Maintenance, HSE, Production and CAPEX project.
• Sourcing for vendors based on procurement standard.
• Initiate Vendor qualification on procurement standard and business unit requirement.
• MDG application, registration, and SAP data entry.
• Monitor open PR list update and managing obsolete PR.
• Managing Open POs on monthly basis.
• Initiate tender and RFQ on all In-direct material and services based on PR and pre-PR.
• Manage commercial tender analysis, comparative exercise, and negotiation.
• Place and manage purchase orders (in-direct materials and services).
• Issue Contract on required or strategic material or services.
• Conduct suppliers’ evaluation for critical Material and service provider.
• Managing Procurement Manual on the updated procedure and changes.
• Reporting on saving initiatives every quarter of a year in GET system.
• Coordinating Quality claims under QM Module.
• Conduct improvement projects to mitigate risks.
• Proactively look for alternative to challenge status-quo and bring insight on local market.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required by the superiors (preparing report and attend the weekly procurement meeting).

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the materials and equipment used in the industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with SAP systems.
