Lead Generation Specialist - Cold Calling & Appointment Setting

ABMG Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenLead Generation Specialistto join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present our solutions.

Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and outreach strategies.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services.

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to understand and articulate ABMG Technology Solutions' offerings clearly.

Preferred:
