Job Description

'Hub Lead' is accountable for the last Mile operations. He/She is expected to be fluent in logistics and is responsible for the performance of his region.

Ensure backlogs are cleared timely and all other SLAs are met.

Complete ownership of last mile operations of respective city.

Maintaining & improving Last mile specific business objectives. Objectives include Success Rate, aging, Service quality metrics (On-time Handover, On-time Pick-up, Backlog, Same Day Runsheet Closure etc.) & Cost per Order.

Optimizing Last Mile lead times.

Spearhead expansion and growth of Multan's Last Mile Coverage.

Daily cash reconciliation and timely deposit/pick up through Cashier.

Look after seller pickup and drop off, address seller queries related to operations.

Ensure seller pick return packages within given timeline and process in system as well.

Responsible for timely inbounding, sorting, processing and dispatching to relevant destinations.

Coordinating & liaising with upstream & downstream functions for E2E supply chain improvement.

Last Mile Talent pipeline development & execution.

Coordinate with Cash Manager on maintaining cash operations as per required SOPs & SLAs.

Executing & initiating improvement projects related to DEX.

Improving current operational performance reporting & monitoring mechanisms/reports.

Assist admin/IT/procurement for on-site requirements.

Qualification & Experience

Specialized knowledge: (Preferred) Knowledge on LOP & LNP (1+ year Experience Hands on).

Must have excellent written and oral communication.

Professional Certification: Plus, point if candidate has certification on Logistics and Supply Chain.

Must have minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain & ecommerce (Quick commerce + Food Delivery).

Education: Must have Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution.
