Essential Job Responsibilities:Analyze and manage salary data, including conducting salary surveys, market analysis and creating salary structures.
Assist in administering medical and absence programs, including monitoring employee eligibility and processing benefit enrollments and changes.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
Preparation of HR reports and Workforce Analytics, including employee turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics.
Support the HR team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
