ERP Expert

Job Summary:

As a Functional ERP Expert - Oracle Financials, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Financials modules to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide expert guidance on system capabilities, and ensure seamless integration and functionality within our ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Technically analyze and suggest update/ customization in Oracle Financials modules to align with business processes and requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle Financials modules, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Collaborate with IT teams for requested Changes, troubleshooting issues and resolving system defects.

Ensuring compliance with best practices and minimizing disruption to business operations.

Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and stakeholders on Oracle Financials functionalities and best practices.

Stay current with Oracle updates, patches, and new releases, evaluating their impact and implementing necessary changes.

Support Organization in adopting new technologies

Qualification

Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or Oracle ERP certifications preferred.

Proven experience 5 years as a functional expert, consultant, or analyst in ERP implementation and support, with expertise in Oracle Financials

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and modules, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, etc.

Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, customization, and integration.

Proficiency in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
