Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.

Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.

Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance.

Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.

Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to support career growth and advancement.

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.

Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Ensure all HR practices are consistent with company values and culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Master's degree preferred.

6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology or cloud-based company.

This job requires approximately 20% travel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency with HR software and systems.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
