Job SpecificationPreferred qualifications include:

People who have previously lived in the UK.

Experience in a taxi cab campaign or as a cab controller.

Exceptional communication skills, preferably with a foreign accent (British).

Experience in the call center industry.

Excellent skills in customer management.

Complaint management and escalation process knowledge.

Self-motivated and a good team player.

Ability to multi-task.

Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
