We are looking for a leader with the expertise, ambition, and drive to take this business to the next level.The General Manager will provide strategic vision, execute growth plans, manage annual P&L objectives, drive innovation, and foster talent development. Additionally, they will oversee the Regal Rexnord Business System, ensuring world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Our goal is to exceed stakeholders' expectations and achieve profitable growth.This is a full-time permanent position, located at the Thomson Power Systems site in Langley, BC, Canada.
