Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure systems that support our organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure architecture, networking, and cloud technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manageenterprise-level infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, virtualization, cloud services, storage systems, and databases, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Lead the administration and optimizationof Microsoft Exchange environments, including mailbox management, email flow monitoring, security configurations, and integration with other collaboration tools.Configure and maintainnetwork infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.Implement and enforcecybersecurity measures to protect organizational assets and data from cyber threats.Manage virtualization technologiessuch as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V to optimize server resource utilization and ensure high availability.Deploy and managecloud services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.Administer storage systemssuch as SAN or NAS, including provisioning, performance tuning, and backup and recovery.Manage database systemssuch as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security.Develop scripts and automation workflowsusing scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.Implement monitoring solutionsto proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues.Tune system resources and configurationsto optimize performance and scalability.Implement ITSM processesand ITIL best practices for incident management, change management, and service desk operations.Utilize ITSM toolssuch as ServiceNow or Remedy to manage IT.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).12+ years of experience in infrastructure management, with expertise in the technical skill sets listed above, including Microsoft Exchange Administration.Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or M365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are highly desirable.Proficiency in server administration, including managing Windows Server, Linux, and UNIX systems.Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies.Expertise in virtualization technologies like VMware and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience with storage systems, database administration, cybersecurity, scripting, automation, and IT service management frameworks like ITIL.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.```
