Location: remote from the Netherlands with partners' meetings around the Netherlands

Travel: occasional travel abroad in EU and the US

Role Description

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans from scratch and demand generation campaigns across the international markets. This will involve creating custom messaging and content tailored to local consumer insights, managing the company's EU e-commerce platform, and overseeing international SEO and content strategy to drive organic traffic. You will work closely with the sales, creative, and R&D teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market approach, while also managing external partners and agencies as needed.

Must Have Skills

7+ years of proven experience in e-commerce and go-to-market strategies, ideally in European and Asian markets, in particular France and Germany.

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital marketing principles, e-commerce, social media, and reporting.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Self-starter, willing to start the marketing operations from scratch, with full flexibility to customise strategies.

Nice to Have Skills

Fluency in English and German or French.

MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.

Experience in the consumer goods or e-commerce industry.

Familiarity with international SEO and content optimization.
