Food and Beverage ServicesJob Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Governance:

Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Johnny and Jugnu's overall business goals and growth plans.

Champion best practices by establishing and maintaining effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all aspects of Supply Chain & Procurement.

Lead the development and execution of a robust risk management framework to mitigate potential disruptions in supply, logistics, and quality.

Oversee budgeting and financial planning for efficient resource allocation and cost control.Vendor & Supplier Management:

Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to secure the best value for critical ingredients, packaging, and equipment through competitive bidding and negotiation.

Build strong, collaborative partnerships with vendors and suppliers for mutual benefit, fostering open communication and trust.

Conduct thorough risk assessments on contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management:

Develop and negotiate comprehensive SLAs with key vendors and suppliers, defining clear performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, fill rates) to track adherence.

Implement proactive SLA monitoring and communication with vendors, addressing potential issues early to ensure consistent service delivery.

Enforce consequences for non-compliance with SLAs, such as financial penalties or contract renegotiation, to incentivize performance improvement.

Regularly review and refine SLAs to optimize sourcing strategies and negotiate better terms with vendors, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.End-to-End Supply Chain Management:

Implement accurate demand forecasting models to predict ingredient and product needs, ensuring stock availability while minimizing holding costs.

Optimize inventory levels based on historical data, sales trends, and seasonality, managing fluctuations and unexpected demand surges.

Oversee efficient transportation and distribution of goods from suppliers to restaurants, identifying opportunities to streamline logistics and reduce transportation costs.

Manage warehouse operations for proper storage, handling, and product rotation, ensuring product quality and safety throughout the supply chain.Process Optimization & Technological Integration:

Continuously improve supply chain processes by identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.

Leverage technology solutions, such as data analytics tools, to gain insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for optimization.Financial Planning & Compliance:

Manage financial planning and budgeting for Supply Chain & Procurement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Monitor and control costs across the supply chain, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols across the end-to-end supply chain.Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a high-performing supply chain and procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Develop and empower team members through coaching and mentorship, providing them with the tools and resources to succeed.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and initiatives.Qualifications Required:

Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field or Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
