Global Implementation and Support ManagerExperience:5+ years of progressive experience in project management, implementation or technical support roles.Education:Bachelors degree in business, information technology or a related field.Location:Karachi/Lahore, PakistanJob Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Lead global implementations:Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for the company supply chain tech platform and solution, from initial planning to go-live and beyond.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of our platform.Customize implementation plans to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.Client relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.Provide expert guidance and training to clients, enabling them to maximize the value of company supply chain tech platform and solution.Technical support and troubleshooting:Provide hands-on technical support during and after implementation, resolving any issues that arise.Work closely with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and support resources to assist clients in troubleshooting common issues.Team management:Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists and support engineers.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and development.Travel and on-site support:Travel to client locations globally to lead on-site implementations and provide personalized support.Conduct in-depth assessments of client environments to ensure optimal configuration and integration of company supply chain tech platform and solution.Deliver training sessions and workshops to client teams, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our platform.Continuous improvement:Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the implementation and support process.Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and consistency.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve your expertise and effectiveness.Only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
