Regulatory Complance, Vice President (Corporate Banking/ PB)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the bank's compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, and monitorin
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to the bank's operations, with a focus on private banking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance-related issues or concerns
• Prepare and deliver compliance-related reports, presentations, and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors
• Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends to proactively address compliance needs

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law, business); advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with significant exposure to the private banking industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
