Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION You will be working closely with stakeholders and clients while improving our business needs. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
2. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
3. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
4. Perform requirements analysis. Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
5. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
6. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
7. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
8. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
9. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
10. Manage competing resources and priorities while ensuring deliverable completion.

Job Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
2. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
3. Proficiency in using SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.
4. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
5. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
6. Excellent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
