Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development Knowledge:

• Proficient in Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, View Rules, and UI Builder.
• Ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications and functionalities as per requirements.

• Demonstrated end-to-end workflow knowledge of Audit, Policy, and Compliance modules within ServiceNow.
• Expertise in IRM Master Data, including its utilization in workflows and processes.

• Expert in IRM Workspace, specifically for Audit and Compliance functions.
• Proven ability to build and customize dashboards, charts, and reports within the IRM workspace.
• Advanced skills in Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, View Rules, and UI Builder tailored for the IRM workspace.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and IRM.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
