Export Assistant

A growing stock distribution company is seeking a new export assistant.   With national representation and a presence in Southern Africa, and currently expanding into Sub-Saharan Africa, this dynamic company is looking for an experienced and energetic person to assist with below tasks:     Administrating the export of stock into African countries. Dealing directly with the customers, clearing agents, and warehouses to ensure the stock is exported. Respond to international customer queries and keep customers up to date with the progress of their orders. Processing supplier invoices. Reconcile supplier accounts. Assist with proof of deliveries for all company deliveries. Assist with various reconciliations.   Experience required: Administrative experience. Creditor and or export experience would be beneficial. Pastel / Sage Evolution experience would be beneficial.   Location - Big Bay   Package offered: R8 000, negotiable The company offers an optional medical aid and pension fund.
