Maintenance Team Leader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our client's team in providing superior maintenance services.In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians. Planning, organizing, and implementing maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to identify and resolve potential issues. Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production. Training and mentoring team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Managing the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a leadership role. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or other relevant fields. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance or engineering. Flexibility to work on-call and during weekends as required. Valid driver's license. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience. Strong technical knowledge.
