New Launch Properties, a prominent real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan properties, is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our new launch properties and drive brand awareness.Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for new launch properties, targeting various customer segments.- Create engaging marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively showcase the unique features and benefits of our properties.- Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and impact.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.- Leverage various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and print media, to optimize brand exposure and generate leads.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and other marketing metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.- Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to create brand awareness and generate leads.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, CRM, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing materials.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.- Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns and content.- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Familiarity with off-plan properties and the Dubai real estate market is a plus.- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Join our team at New Launch Properties and be part of an innovative and dynamic marketing environment where your creativity and strategic thinking will contribute to our continued success.
