Salary: Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 80,000 Company Description Nandan Coffee is an award-winning, certified organic, single origin coffee grower, roaster, and brewer based in Mumbai. They are on a mission to deliver stunningly good coffee from their farm to your cup. Nandan Coffee provides end-to-end coffee solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses. Role Description This is a full-time role at Nandan Coffee located in Mumbai. You will be responsible for developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies, managing brand communication, conducting market research, and overseeing product development. This role involves working on-site in Mumbai with some travel to other locations. Scope of the Job:

Responsibilities: Brand Communication:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating brand communications guidelines, including visual and copy content.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand presence across online and offline marketing channels.
  • Contribute to social media management, public relations efforts, and content marketing initiatives.
Strategy :
  • Aid in establishing brand positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans across different channels and segments.
  • Assist in executing marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to develop successful marketing strategies.
Internal Communication:
  • Coordinate with the digital team and agencies to conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for future campaign development.
  • Support email marketing, performance marketing, and web teams to design and evolve lead nurturing tactics. 
• Assist in supporting sales and lead generation efforts, as well as digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Assist in building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Support PR management processes and partnership engagement for Brand Managers.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of influencer marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to build event calendars and execute event strategies.
Market Analysis:
  • Aid in analyzing coffee market dynamics, including consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Support the development of communication plans and creative concepts for coffee-related channels.
Product Management and Lifecycle:
  • Assist in managing the SKUs & coffee product lifecycle from concept to end product.
  • Support research efforts to gain insights into coffee trends, preferences, and innovations.
  • Contribute to the introduction of new coffee products and solutions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Brand Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Support the tracking and evaluation of brand performance metrics specific to the coffee industry.
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of coffee marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions and optimizations based on coffee market data. 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in F&B and Hospitality Marketing
  • Brand Strategy Development, Brand Communication, and Market Research skills
  • Experience in product development and brand management
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self Motivated and extremely organized
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
