Project manager multi-project management/team leader (m/f/d)

THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU

• You will be responsible for the strategic planning, organization and management of ICT projects with nationwide significance.
• You optimize and integrate internal and external business processes
• You will be responsible for setting up, optimizing and establishing a company-wide portfolio management system with nationwide projects and measures as well as project management standards, in particular for project planning and controlling, quality management, risk management, reporting and stakeholder management.
• You are responsible for project management.
• You support and advise the management level in methodological and strategic terms.
• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the P1 - PMO/Multi-PM team.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or comparable IT-related courses, alternatively equivalent skills and knowledge acquired in the course of a professional activity or through additional qualifications.
• You have in-depth knowledge of project management methods and techniques and extensive practical experience in optimizing these methods and techniques, in particular project planning, project controlling, risk management, stakeholder management and dashboard-based reporting, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the introduction and optimization of portfolio management and resource management processes.
• A high level of expertise in complex IT contexts and issues is desirable.

If the requirements under collective bargaining law are met, it is possible to classify employees up to pay group 14 of the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). THIS SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED
