Excellence & Growth Manager - 1 year contract - €35 - €45 per hour - Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) My client's Supply Chain Services is transforming the Global Strategic Sourcing Group and seeks a dynamic professional interested in joining their team. This position will play a lead role in supporting Device Marketing and Promotions businesses by enabling the teams to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of the business and the Strategic Sourcing group. Reporting to the Director, this role involves supporting all Device Marketing and Promotions categories from E2E device & promotion lifecycle evaluation, including architecting and executing strategies to maximize TCO (revenue & expense reduction), optimizing contracting and T&Cs, and synthesizing reporting across all categories. Responsibilities:

• Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and business transformation initiatives, ranging from multi time-horizon Category Sourcing strategy to process improvement, particularly focused on driving and delivering E2E growth and TCO outcomes.
• Provide proactive and engaged leadership, strategic assessment, insights, and vision to the Director.
• Provide proactive leadership on initiatives designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience.
• Lead the design of an E2E Device Journey (category management) map for high volume and/or high value segments, enabling identification and evaluation of margin optimization strategies.
• Build excellent working relationships with Device Marketing, Promotions, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Intelligence, and Business Operations teams to ensure cross-functional consensus on activities, programs, and initiatives.
• Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques.
• Be a liaison between business units on programs that have a multi-organization or business unit scope.
• Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops.
• Conduct analyses needed to prove or disprove the hypotheses driving the project or strategy execution.
• Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.
• Drive opportunities to use tools and technologies to achieve process excellence and efficiencies.
• Using the E2E device journey map, lead the design, architecture, and delivery of streamlined processes and procedures in accordance with strategic sourcing best practices, including Supply Chain, Legal, Technology, and Marketing.
• Assess and develop an approach to standardize, as much as possible, devices, wearables, and accessories contracts.
• Lead Analyst and Process Excellence & Program Manager in delivering objectives to the highest possible standard.
• Drive employee engagement through informing, engaging, and energizing the team to deliver business priorities while maintaining the highest level of governance and compliance with a transformation mindset.
• Foster a learning and development culture.
• Provide coaching on change management and process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops as needed.
• Partner with Device Marketing and VCG IT group to develop a technology roadmap that enables agile, streamlined collaboration and contracting between Device Sourcing and our business partners.

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, engineering, or any other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, OEM, telecoms, or financial firms.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced dynamic international environment.
• Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.
