Globally collaborated and Proudly Made in India.Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketingAnalyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase performance and ROIStay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices, and incorporate them into campaign strategiesMonitor and report on competitor activity and market trendsProvide regular reports on team performance and campaign performance to upper management and clientsManage campaign budgets and ensure spending is optimized for maximum ROIWork closely with the creative team to develop and produce creative assets for campaignsQualifications Required:-Should have an experience in handling a monthly performance marketing spend of 40-50 lacs/month.-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.-Proficient knowledge of various advertising platforms and tools such as SEO, GoogleAds, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.-Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in biddable platforms.-Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.-Creative thinking skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.-Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in health and beauty e-commerce brand.
