Job Title : Motion Graphic Designer/AnimatorLocation : BangaloreDepartment : BrandJob Type : Full-TimeNote: Please mention your portfolio link in your CV!Position Overview :As a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our brand design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and enhances our brand presence across social media, performance ads, and other marketing materials.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, performance ads, and below-the-line marketing assets.- Collaborate with the brand design team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.- Create storyboards and visual concepts to present to stakeholders.- Ensure all motion graphics and animations align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.- Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging animations.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple projects.- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.Preferred Qualifications :- 4-5 yrs experience in creating motion graphics content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)- Familiarity with performance advertising metrics and how to create content that drives engagement and conversions.- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling would be an added advantage.- Experience with video editing and sound design.Why Join Us :- Zepto is on a blitzscaling path unlike any other startup today.
