Requirements:Create a strong vision for the engineering department and promote the best organizational patterns and practices.Partner closely with the product manager to prioritize decisions around engineering staffing and the product roadmap.Tackle high-level challenges and balance software quality with speed.Experience with product-based companies will be a plus.Be responsible for feature deployment, stability, and the overall quality of the system.Have managed or worked in teams with at least 15 or more engineers.Nice to have:Git/BitbucketAngularJSReactJSVueJSCypressPHP (Laravel & Yii 2.0)AWS CertificationCI/CD Tools
