If you share our level of enthusiasm for your future, join our team.Job Summary:The Partners and Networks Manager will be responsible for managing and developing DumaTrans logistics partnerships and networks globally. The Manager will ensure that DumaTrans' logistics network is optimized, efficient, and cost-effective, and will work closely with the Director of Global Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure that the company's logistics goals are met.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive strategy for best engaging DumaTrans' major partnerships and networks.Develop and manage DumaTrans logistics network globally, including identifying and selecting new logistics partners and optimizing existing partnerships.Manage and maintain relationships with partners and vendors, negotiate favorable contracts, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.Work with partners to develop and implement joint marketing and business development plans to expand DumaTrans' market share.Be the figurehead/spokesperson at events as required. Attend conferences, external meetings, and internal activities as required.Use your knowledge of the networks to provide detailed reporting and insight to the senior and executive team.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the partnerships and networks are aligned with DumaTrans' overall strategic goals.Ensure that partners comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, and take corrective actions as necessary.Analyze logistics data and metrics on partnerships and networks to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve performance.Develop and manage the budget for partnerships and networks and ensure that expenditures are within budgetary limits.Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Required Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, including experience managing logistics partnerships and networks in the freight forwarding industry.Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.Experience with logistics software and technology, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other related technologies.Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and regulations, including customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and Incoterms.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.What We Offer?At DumaTrans, we offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and an opportunity for you to develop a distinctive career path that reflects your unique talents and skills.
