Senior Officer, Aircraft Schedule Planning

Job description: Position Title Senior Officer, Aircraft Schedule Planning Reports To Assistant Manager, Aircraft Schedule Planning Role Purpose Plan, coordinate and control all short-term Aircraft Schedule activities and commercial requirement optimising aircraft utilisation with minimum aircraft downtime. . Key Accountability

• Re-determine for maintenance days, aircraft utilisation, night stop, long layover and fleed size provided in operating pattern.
• Evaluate and coordinate with Network Planning for request of extra flights, chartered flights, upgrading/downgrading and flights retiming.
• Schedule and monitor all check and OMV in short term plan.
• Review downtime for check, OMV and Out of Phase tasks in short term plan and consolidate current aircraft activities and hangar check completion for tail assignment and generate daily aircraft movement plan. .

• Diploma with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Engineering and Maintenance Planning with 2 years working experience.
• Aircraft Maintenance personnel with 4 years’ experience in Engineering and Maintenance with 4 years working experience.

• Good knowledge in Engineering and Maintenance Planning activities, system and processes particularly Aircraft Schedule Planning.
• Competent in office tools i.e Microsoft Excel/Words/PowerPoint.
• Good command in English and BM both in written and spoken.

• To provide and plan the most optimum downtime in ensuring aircraft availability for frontline operations.
