Job Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company’s website
  • Oversee the brand’s social media presence, create engaging content, and manage interactions with followers.
  • Supervise and write the press release, flyers, brochures and social media captions.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
  • Briefing and communicating with outsourcing agencies, and following up the monthly receivables.
  • Oversee the retail branding
  • Execute marketing events, such as exhibitions and promotional activities.
  • Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Covering all marketing events and activities like creating stories and reels.
  • Provide performance reports of all marketing campaigns
  • Align tasks with internal teams such as finance sales and moderation.
  • Responsible for the B2B deals and collaborations 
  • Reporting all of the above to the Direct manger.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
    • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Creative and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Engagement and reach of marketing campaigns.
  • Website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Growth in social media followers and engagement.
  • ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates.
