We are hiring a Marketing Officer for a leading Jewellery retail giant for their head office in Dubai, UAE. This role will be responsible for supporting the retail aspects of the GTM strategy for clients in the GCC region through the development & execution of all retail-led efforts complementing ongoing marketing campaigns. The key responsibilities would include:Assisting the Deputy Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring all retail marketing efforts.Driving consumer connects for review and inputs effectiveness of retail marketing efforts.Working closely with the retail & product teams to drive on-time execution of campaigns.RequirementsJob RequirementsEducation: Graduate MBA in marketing preferred.Relevant Experience: 3-4 years in the field of retail marketing.Behavioural Skills:Business savvyEntrepreneurial driveNurtures relationshipsInfluence for impactAccountabilityBelieves in peopleCuriousIs enthusiastic about categories and productsKnowledge:Brand and communications knowledgeLatest trends in marketing and communicationsExperience executing Online/Digital campaignsShould be a team player and have the willingness to perform under any circumstances. Great communication and presentation skills. Local candidates are preferred.
