Regional Marketing & Communication Manager - Leading ConsultancyA regional Marketing & Communication Manager is required by a Leading consultancy company based in Dubai. The candidate will have to liaise with MENA Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and manage the marketing strategy for services in Middle East and North Africa, in accordance with business strategy. The role will lead on implementation of the creation, planning, delivery and evaluation of regional marketing strategies and activities across the products.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop regional marketing strategies and campaigns that are based on regional market sizing, financial data, customer segmentation, competitor analysis and market data.Develop marketing strategies that incorporate the company positioning, key messages and customer-centric propositions that position and promote products to target segments.Closely collaborate with Head of Marketing to develop an integrated and sustainable marketing approach, capitalizing on common customer base, promoting synergies and economies of scale, and delivering maximum impact and business returns.Lead the development of product marketing collateral that supports marketing activity, including but not limited to brochures, booklets, banners, websites, e-newsletters, press releases, features and media opportunities and ensure that they meet agreed corporate brand and Equal Opportunity and Diversity (EO&D) requirements.Track performance of marketing campaigns through measurement and analysis to understand effectiveness and ROI.Conduct quarterly reviews of market-specific strategies and action plans and develop regional initiatives that support country-specific marketing activities.Support broader business unit strategies and campaigns.Lead internal stakeholders and external agencies on all marketing efforts, ensuring all campaigns are based on sound briefs that support business and brand objectives.The desired candidate will need to have:Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing.Evidence of managing all aspects of marketing.Excellent English communication skills.Strong presentation and project management skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field required.Ideally have experience within some of the following sectors: government, municipality, IT, consultancy services, and educational sectors.About The CompanyHR Source Consulting is a premier Human Resources Consultancy that provides clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with expert human resources planning and solutions.
