Company Description The Southern Deck, located in Salcette, is a restaurant situated on the beautiful Benaulim Beach in South Goa, offering a unique experience with breathtaking sea views. The establishment provides a dreamy landscape and a distinctive vibe that sets it apart from others in the area. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Bartender at The Southern Deck in Salcette. The Head Bartender will be responsible for managing the bar operations, creating and serving beverages, training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Managing and handling the bar & bar staff
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Cash Handling
- Bartending skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy in serving drinks
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
