Key Responsibilities : 1. Consistent client engagements and lots of learning! a. Managing client relationships and deliverables. Ensure customer requirements are met with best fit/ customized solutions, and customers are trained on our industry first digital logistics platform – LoRRI. b. Engaging actively with 1700+ LSPs / transporters who have already signed up on LoRRI to ensure active engagement, participation, and robust support. c. Participate in product demonstration for customers (eventually, develop competencies to hold these demos yourself) d. Facilitate supply-side (Transporters) on-boarding by building relationships with transporters. 2. Ensure success at every stage of client interactions a. Develop a deep understanding of our product and rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of client operations and data. b. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints. c. Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for client issues; Co-ordinate such issues with various internal teams to closure. d. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. e. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirement. Other details: a. Proven full time experience of 2+ years who has also worked on multiple hands-on projects along with ability to think big, work smart and support the team. b. Background in logistics/ supply chain/ tech / SaaS industry. c. Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Commerce or related discipline from a reputed institute – 70%+ in 10th and 12th grade. d. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. e. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point. f. Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory) Above all, be flexible and passionate to grow.
