POSITION PURPOSEIT Infrastructure/Security Expert is responsible for development and ongoing maintenance / support of Provide technical expertise and architectural solutions in infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas; working in collaboration with IT internal teams to develop strategies and action plans for implementing upgrades and integrations, also outline evaluation benchmarks for future assessments. This position will report to IT Infrastructure Manager.RESPONSIBILITIESWork with engineering team to define best practices and processes as appropriate to support the entire infrastructure lifecycle - Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate such as automate lifecycle activities - self service, orchestration and provisioning, configuration management.Provides business architecture solutioning representation in support of IT architecture activities.Conducting thorough analysis of user requirements and preferences to recommend suitable technology solutions and improvements.Evaluating existing technology infrastructure, identifying gaps, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance end user experience.Conducting regular performance evaluations of end user technologies and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in end user technologies, including hardware, software, and user interface design.Define technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction.Provide project leadership and ownership over all aspects of service delivery.Closely partner with development partners to assess feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.Collaborates with internal infrastructure delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design and integration.Ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in all end user experience initiatives.Prepares technical quality of infrastructure delivery enter/exit gates for design, integration testing, deployment and operations.Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, service levels, IT strategies and design intent.Drive continuous improvement including design, service strategy, and standardization of process and methodologies.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or IT related disciplinesAt least 8 years working experience in sizeable companies, managing large-scale of enterprise network configuration, infrastructure support, and implementation.Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, data center infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture framework, networks, and security.Minium 5 years of administration experience in Windows systems, VMware, SAN Storage, Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wireless, Active Directory, email, and database systems.Experience in secure network infrastructure, Anti-DDoS, Security Vulnerabilities Scanner, IDS/IPS, WAF, Secure MTA, Load Balancer, Internet Proxy, and DNS hostingExposures in SD-WAN, ACI, SD-Access, ZTNA, Security, and Networking Solutions such as network routing and switching, firewall, etcExperience in deploying, managing, and supporting Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and Virtualization/Container Platforms is an advantage.Experience with Infrastructure-based Processes includes monitoring, capacity planning, asset management, disaster recovery, and data center support.Experience with incident management, change management, and release management.Ability to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.Good knowledge and understanding of latest IT technologies and trends.Certification on CCIE, CISSP, CCNP, CompTIA security+, MCSE, Azure/AWS/GCP, and VMWare is an advantage.Good in English.SKILLSStrong analytical skillsStrategic thinking skillsInitiative, result-oriented with good project coordination skillsPleasant and self-driven, committed, organized and detail-mindedBe very mature to handle highly confidential informationStrong organizational, problem-solving skills, and recommend improvementsFlexible, able to monitor progress, and multi-taskingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
