The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to lead a team of copy writers and content creators.As the creative director, you will be working on multiple brands across multiple domains. You will be responsible for understanding client briefs and basis those briefs coming up with award winning digital campaign ideas. You should also have a keen interest in learning and building your ideas within the ecosystem of technology and dataResponsibilities:Understanding client briefs and client brandsComing up with award winning creative campaignsBeing familiar with latest digital trends and social media platforms, and how they can be leveraged for brand communicationLeading brainstorming sessions and creative meetingsOverseeing day to day work of the team Requirements:Bachelor's degree in from reputed college.A minimum of 15 years' digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies.A solid understanding of brands and digital communicationBrilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
