- Prepare budget forecast for the whole year- Prepare earned and unearned commission statement according to each consultants and prepare cheque and paid to consultant.- Prepare clawback statement and send for recovery from consultant.- Prepare potential clawback statement and send to consultant and asking for cheque of 91th day or61 th day depend on insurance company . 5-process wps for employees almost 40 every month- Prepare tax invoices and send to insurance companies- Prepare target vs achievement sheet- VAT return file .- Prepare bank reconciliation- Prepare master clawback report and- Prepare master upfronted security statement and cheque received from consultant.- Prepare trial balance- Prepare statement of comprehensive income and loss account every quarter and repot to IA- Balance sheet every quarter and report to IA- Prepare Statement of cash flows and report to IA- Prepared statement of changes in equity.Other work assigned as well.- Prepare every Quarter Renewal commission for each consultant and paid to them accordingly .
