Job Description
Bühler Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Service Operations Coordinator. We invite you to read more about our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion on our website: https://bit.ly/40QxJP6TasksConduct regular coordination with internal departments to confirm forecasted figuresTake the necessary steps with the execution team to accelerate order processing, ensuring shipments and invoicing occur within the designated timelinesVerify that all orders receive commercial clearance within the established standard time framesDevelop and deliver a comprehensive weekly turnover forecast presentationLiaise with various teams to collect essential information for the compilation of accurate reportsSystematically prepare, maintain, and refine reports and presentations as neededEnsure timely submission of reports into the company's internal databases, knowledge bases, and network platformsProvide operational assistance for business tools such as CRM and SAPExecute and facilitate internal training sessions focused on the effective use of business toolsAdminister and organize internal communication channels, including email inboxesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum of 3 years' working experience in the field of specializationProficient in MS OfficeFluent communication skill in English languagePreferred QualificationsOrganizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectivelyAble to work independently and within specified guidelines or processesAbility to meet deadlines and deliverables Customer service attitude & proactive approachBenefitsWork with a globally renowned and thriving company with sustainable prospects for the futureExposure to a diverse and modern technical landscapepresenting intriguing challengesProfessional setting characterized by an open and transparent communication cultureAccess to stimulating development and training avenues.
