Senior Executive, IT Application Support

• Manage new change requests on external maintained systems from change request scope definition through implementation across internal, external, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide first line support to users on all application-related requests/enquiries.
• Assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.
• Understand and be familiar with database structure and data contents of various applications.
• Access databases and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of the section.
• Ensure project/dept milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.
• Meet and attend to the demand and delivery of data warehouse systems/services.
• Follow-up and communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly signed-off and documented.
• Responsible for performance, availability, and scalability of various applications.
• Provide IT solutions to meet business needs that align with the Company’s strategic business objectives.
• Ensure assigned tasks and assignments are completed satisfactorily on time and in compliance with proposals and established standards.
• Assist in the smooth running of business as usual for IT functions.

• Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT-related functions.
• Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, etc).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Good business acumen and organizational awareness.
