Lead Program Manager

SABRE IS LOOKING FOR A TALENTED LEAD PROGRAM MANAGER What will you achieve?

1. Responsible for planning and managing programs to meet service delivery, quality and cost goals.
2. Acting as program team leader, reviews user, technical and logistical requirements, identifies tasks, assigns and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules. Ensures clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Establishes project roadmaps. Interprets business needs and oversees translation into technical plans.
3. Provides regular oversight over project plans.
4. Provides project reports (& other PM artefacts) and recommends adjustments. Makes resource adjustments to meet plans.

1. Managing state-of-the-art Airline IT projects.

1. 5 to 7 years of project management experience preferred.
2. Experience in managing Airline related IT projects.
3. Customer facing experience required.
4. Advanced English level both verbal and written.
5. Airline industry domain knowledge.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Super positive and customer comes first attitude.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent.
9. Proficient with a project scheduling software tool-MS Project preferred.

1. Level knowledge of Sabre products.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
