JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Lead Project Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.Job Purpose & Scope:
Provides complete technical support on project management matters related to the Project and ensure that they are meeting the Project HSE, quality, schedule and cost objectives. Scope covers all activities related to this portion of the Project from Contract award through engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and hand over to Operations at Site.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing the support on Project Management activities to the Project team throughout all phases of project execution on management matters related to the allocated portions of the Project scope.
- Responsible for delivery of all systems (equipment & facilities) from design to hand over meeting all Project objectives.
- Develops EPC Scope of Work and supports EPC tendering activities.
- Prepares gate deliverables in accordance with ADNOC Value Assurance Process (VAP). ...
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent. Good understanding of Project management elements and standards, including Contract terms and conditions. 15+ years' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry (Upstream) or other related industrial experience. At least 8-10 years in Project Management handling logically inter-related major projects. Prior experience of working with EPC Contractors / Operating Company /Engineering consultants.
