We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaking) for a Holding Company based in Kuwait on a permanent basis. Salary – DOE Skills and experience:- Arabic speaking is essential.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a healthcare holding group or clinic setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the brand presence of the healthcare holding group and associated clinics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Develop engaging content for website, social media, blogs, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that educates and engages our target audience.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for clinic launches, new services, and special promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media coverage, and public appearances.
- Utilize analytics tools to track marketing ROI, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and generate reports.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management.
