We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaking) for a Holding Company based in Kuwait on a permanent basis. Salary – DOE Skills and experience:
  • Arabic speaking is essential.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a healthcare holding group or clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Brand Management:
  • Manage and enhance the brand presence of the healthcare holding group and associated clinics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.
Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Develop engaging content for website, social media, blogs, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that educates and engages our target audience.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for clinic launches, new services, and special promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media coverage, and public appearances.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track marketing ROI, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and generate reports.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management.
