The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that drive brand growth, market share, and customer loyalty. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing brand budgets, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. We value work/life balance, diversity & inclusion, and of course, enjoy bringing people together through food!HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGBrand Strategy Development: Create and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Budget Management: Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Planning and Budget Management: Participate in the development of brand plans that include identifying growth opportunities/channel development, communication strategies, and in-store programs, leading projects in these areas, ensuring effective and efficient delivery, on time and within budget.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and build strong relationships with customers through collaboration with our sales team.YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSRequiredMust have 5+ years of Brand Management experience within the Canadian CPG industry.Understanding of business management responsibilities within the Canadian grocery industry (experience in trade fund management, analytical skills as examples).Analytical thinker, strategic problem solver, organizational & time management skills.Ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for the leadership team, with a bias for action to address issues.Effective communicator across internal departments, as well as with external partners and clients.Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive and passion to succeed.Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven project management ability with a bias for action.At CBP, our culture is at the heart of our company.
