Job description Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve the company's market position.
  • Identify potential markets and assess market conditions for new business prospects.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as email campaigns, social media, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions and follow-ups.
Sales Support and Administration:
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about the company’s products and services.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development Strategy:
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.
  • Assist in setting goals and objectives for business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with other companies.
Networking and Events:
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and build a network of contacts.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the business development team and management.
Training and Development:
  • Participate in training programs to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s products, services, and business development techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports.
  • Basic understanding of business development and sales principles.
